Types
Type 750
Model 62/62
The Type 750 machine is the smallest KVM blockmachine. It is very versatile and the concrete products have the same high quality as the other machines.

Type 900
Model 62/80
The Type 900 machine is a smaller KVM block stone machine. It is very versatile and is used by manufacturers who want a reliable and flexible machine with medium output.
The Type 900 machines are available in an E or S version. The S version comes with a number of optional features.

Pallet size: 900 x 750 mm
Type 1200
Model 62/105, 90/105
The Type 1200 machines are the medium-sized ones of the KVM blockmachines. They are very versatile and are used by manufacturers who want a reliable and flexible machine with medium to high performance.
The KVM Type 1200 machines can be delivered in an E or S version. The S version comes with a range of optional features.

Type 1500
Model 62/125, 80/125, 105/125 and 125/125
The Type 1500 machines are the largest of the KVM blockmachines. They are very versatile and are used by manufacturers who want a reliable machine with very high performance.
KVM’s Type 1500 machines are divided into four types with pallet formats from 1350 x 750 mm to 1500 x 1300 mm.

Control
KVM control system is based on more than 60 years of experience and in collaboration between KVM and our customers.
The block machine's central PC is the key to the complete system. Everything from mixing and dosing systems, block machines, handling systems and pallets is operated centrally from the same PC and provides easy access to all relevant information for the entire system. Control panels and remote controls are located locally at the individual machines.
The control system have been developed at KVM with a focus on making the operator's daily work as simple as possible. The user interface is as simple as possible and at the same time there is an underlying opportunity to freely change all production parameters. All variable machine settings are stored in recipes adapted to specific products.
The control system stores all production data that can be used for production analyzes.
All controllers have an Internet connection which provides access to KVM's 24/7 online service.
